Sporthouse products carry a lifetime warranty, we will fix any manufactured defect at no cost for the lifetime of the bag. However, as strong as we make them, we know that nothing is indestructible everything will wear out eventually, even a sporthouse bag! If a defect arises from improper use or accidents and you would like a repair please contact us with a description of the problem and we will try our best to make a repair for you so you can get the product back into daily use. This includes worn stitching, frayed webbing, broken zips(from overloading the bag) buckles broken while the bag is not in use, fading material, tears and holes.
